Entrée-A choice of

Ouzo infused pan fried scallops with parsnip purée, crispy chorizo and fresh coriander

Seared kingfish sashimi with lemon, fried shallots, avocado, white soy sauce and ginger

Fresh (almost) local oysters (4) with a light zesty spring onion vinaigrette

Mains-A choice of

Fresh steamed mussels with cream, white wine, garlic, parsley with crusty bread.

Pan fried Whiting with a fennel apple salad, baked potatoes & skordalia (almond, bread and garlic sauce).

Crispy fried calamari with mandarins, daikon radishes, grilled buttered leeks in a light lettuce salad.

Thursday 29 September Luscious and Local -Scotchmans Hill Wine Dinner

This will be a great chance to indulge in 5 courses of local and luscious tastes specially prepared by well known and loved local foodies Simon & Alison Donoghue. The meal will, of course, be accompanied by local wines and we are very excited to have Robin Brockett, Chief Wine Maker from Scotchmans Hill,http://www.scotchmans.com.au/ one of the Bellarine’s finest wine producers joining us on the night.
